The hotel is ideally located for visiting attractions like the Jerusalem Biblical Zoo, which is perfect for families. Breakfast offered a fantastic spread with fresh choices, and the views from the dining area were simply stunning. Staying with two babies was made easier thanks to their spacious rooms.
My wife says that the room cleanliness could be better. It would help families if they offered more kid-friendly options during breakfast.

Had a comfortable room with great air conditioning and 24-hour reception. Wi-Fi was decent. Lack of lifts made it tough with luggage.

missingWrote a review on 14 Maygreat locationstunning viewsthin wallsnoisy nightsbroken lift
Staying for 4 nights, the location near Lion's Gate was convenient for accessing major attractions, but the steep hills made exploring a bit tiring. Breakfast offered a nice ample spread, and the restaurant had stunning views of the Old City walls. Despite friendly staff and varied options for meals, noise from nearby activities, especially at night, was off-putting. The lift was out of service during our stay, which added to the inconvenience.

Had an amazing stay at Jerusalem Panorama Hotel! The breakfast area offers stunning views of the old city and the food was freshly prepared each morning. The staff were incredibly accommodating and quick to bring a kettle and hair dryer to our room when requested. The location is perfect for exploring historical sites, with the Garden of Gethsemane just a short walk away.
It was a bit noisy at night.

Met some wonderful people there. The owner, Monty, welcomed me like family, even offered a big hug from his dad when I was leaving-never had that before in a hotel.
It wasn’t cheap but acceptable for what you get there.
